THE TRUE ISRAEL OF GOD TODAY

One thing for sure I have observed that where there are sheep now there are also many wolves, for where there are real Christians there are also the the pretenders amongst them now, today as well. The pretender, imposter, wolf in sheep clothing do now show up for all kind of reasons even to seduce the sheep. They masquerade as know it all, relgious persons, helpers, pastors,, assistant pastors, elders, youth ministers, Bible college students now as well. All of the Self proclaimed prophets  who try to make prophecies contradictory to what Jesus now  had Proclaimed even about Israel are still false prophets.. Mark 11:12-14 and 20-22

One can not reject the fact that Israel was once God’s dearest nation among nations, according to the  stories of the old testament, in the Holy Bible. God’s love for the Israelites was so strong that he called his servant Moses to go to Egypt to liberate the Israelites from the hands of Pharoah. But what about this modern times? Christians today do not realize how much today’s physical Israel has strayed from even barely resembling any past remnant of God’s Chosen People of Israel..  Is Israel still God’s nation? The Jews refused Jesus and his message, calling him even a devil, because they want to cling to that pride as God’s chosen nation.The fact that God loves Israel, in religious aspects, is now a concept to the Israelites that they are superior to any nation on earth. But the almighty God, dislikes this concept of pride, since the same scriptures says “God created man in his own image” – thus all men are equal. To take away this pride and bring understanding among all men, God sent his only son Jesus Christ. So how can a Christian still believe that God has still claimed the Nation of Israel as His “chosen people”? It makes no Biblical sense.

One of the biggest opposition, opponents  still today to Christians, Christianity are the Jews, not just the Muslims, Buddhists,  They the Jews in Israel and elsewhere for the most part still tend to hate Jesus Christ and all Christians and they do continually still  promote their hatred towards Jesus Christ, and their false religion on TV, radio, News media too. Jews are continually even falsely trying to make Jews out of Christians by lying and say Christians have to support all that the Jews do, they have to support Israel getting back the holy Land, Christians need to know the Jews cultures, Christians have to keep the Jewish laws as well.. But these Jewish heresies is nothing new this opposition was evident in the early new testament church as well.  The sole basis of the Christian faith today, which is why it is also called the New Testament as well, is not at all the Old Testament Judaism but the New Testament Jesus. The true Christians since Jesus Christ next always left their old Jewish Synagogues all together… and all Christian Jews, Messianic Jews too need to do this today as well, also they are supposed to give up their Jewish roots, Jewish culture, Jewish religion when they accept Jesus Christ as their master, lord and savior .The only main portion of the Bible that you really need to read, to follow is the New Testament because we are no longer under Old Testament covenant, law – essentially the the New Testament replaces the basic requirements of the Law and the Prophets of the Old Testament.

MANY JEWISH PEOPLE FALSELY LIE AND MAKE THEIR BOAST THAT THEY ARE GOD’S CHOSEN PEOPLE.. THERE IS NO NEW TESTAMENT SUBSTANTIATION OF THIS RATHER AS THIS IS NO LONGER  TRUE. THE CHRISTIANS ARE   GOD’S CHOSEN PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOW ACQUIRED THE BLESSINGS PROMISED TO THE JEWS, ISRAEL  AS Galatians 3:29 tells us: “And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”

 (2 Cor 10:17 KJV)  But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

(2 Cor 10:18 KJV)  For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth.

(James 4:16 KJV)  But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.

(James 4:17 KJV)  Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

(Psa 10:3 KJV)  For the wicked boasteth of his heart’s desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth.

(Prov 25:14 KJV)  Whoso boasteth himself of a false gift is like clouds and wind without rain.

(James 3:5 KJV)  Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!

Paul in Romans 9:27 referred to Isaiah when he wrote, “Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, [only] a remnant shall be saved.”

THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH IS SPIRITUAL ISRAEL WHICH HAS REPLACED LITERAL ISRAEL AS GOD’S CHOSEN PEOPLE Consider the teaching of the following Bible passages:

Galatians 3:9, 27-29: “For this reason, those who believe are blessed with Abraham who believed.” “As many of you as were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free, there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s offspring, heirs according to the promise.”

Those who have Abraham’s faith receive the blessings promised to him. Jews and non-Jews who have received Christ as Savior and Lord are counted as “Abraham’s offspring, heirs according to the promise.”

Romans 9:6-8, 23-26: “It is not as though the word of God had failed. For not all Israelites truly belong to Israel, and not all of Abraham’s children are his true descendants: but ‘It is through Isaac that descendants shall be named for you.’ This means that it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of God, but the children of the promise are counted as descendants.” “And what if he [God] has done so in order to make known the riches of his glory for the objects of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory — including us whom he has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles? As indeed he says in Hosea, ‘Those who were not my people I will call “my people,” and her who was not beloved I will call “beloved,”‘ ‘And in the very place where it was said to them “You are not my people,” there they shall be called children of the living God.'”

The birth of Isaac was a miracle of God. This represented the fact that salvation is by faith, not by human effort. The true Israel of God are those who have faith in Christ, not those who are the natural children of Abraham. God has called all believers; “not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles” (Rom. 9:24). Now Hosea 2:23 is fulfilled; Christian believers of all nations have now replaced literal Israel as God’s chosen people.

Romans 2:27-29: “Then those who are physically uncircumcised but keep the law will condemn you that have the written code and circumcision but break the law. For a person is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is true circumcision something external and physical. Rather, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly, and real circumcision is a matter of the heart — it is spiritual and not literal. Such a person receives praise not from others but from God.”

The “physically uncircumcised” are the Gentiles. If they obey God’s law by faith in Christ, having His Spirit living in their hearts, they are counted as Jews and numbered among God’s faithful ones. Only Jews who have the same spiritual experience are acceptable to God.

1 Corinthians 1:23, 24: “But we proclaim Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, but to those who are the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.”

The message of “Christ crucified” is power and wisdom to both Jews and non-Jews who believe. The method of salvation is identical for both classes.

1 Peter 2:9, 10: “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s own people, in order that you may proclaim the mighty acts of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.”

Peter was writing to faithful Christian believers in Gentile countries (1 Peter 1:1, 2). Christian believers of all nationalities are now God’s chosen people, even though formerly this was not the case. Peter could not have been more specific in his terminology: “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s own people.”

Acts 10:34, 35: “Then Peter began to speak to them: ‘I truly understand that God shows no partiality, but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.'”

The New Testament is thoroughly clear that the Christian Church, comprising all genuine believers in Jesus Christ, has replaced Israel as the chosen nation. Spiritual “Jews” are believers in Christ irrespective of their national heritage.

God’s promise to Abraham, “in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Gen. 12:3), has been remarkably fulfilled. Paul underlines the point. “And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, declared the gospel beforehand to Abraham saying, ‘All the Gentiles shall be blessed in you.’ For this reason, those who believe are blessed with Abraham who believed” (Gal. 3:8, 9).

Jesus was a Jew. “Salvation is from the Jews” (John 4:22). Jesus’ apostles who made enormous sacrifices to bring the Christian Gospel to the world were Jews. Paul, the great apostle to the Gentiles, was a Jew. Gentile Christians are deeply indebted to Jews for their cooperation with Jesus in launching and fostering the Christian Church and in disseminating the Judaeo-Christian tradition.

“Now using Romans, chapter 11.  in an  attempt to make the chapter falsely  teach that the nation Israel is still God’s chosen nation is quite futile. Note the following major points:

1. Some faithful Jews who believe in Christ are counted among the elect of God; the rest of the nation are blind (verses 5-8).

2. All but the believing remnant have been cast away (verse 15).

3. The majority of unbelieving Jews are likened to branches that have been broken off from a parent olive tree (verses 17-20; compare John 15:5). The parent stock is Christ.

4. The only way rejected Jews can be acceptable to God again is by believing in Christ (verse 23).

5. Believing Jews are grafted back into the parent stock again in the same way as believing Gentiles (verse 24).

6. “All Israel” that will be saved (verse 26) is not a reference to the literal nation Israel. Not even dispensationalists believe that the entire nation Israel will be saved. In the context of Romans 11, “all Israel” refers to those Jews who are elect “if they do not persist in unbelief” (verse 23) and those Gentiles who, because of belief in Christ, have been grafted into the parent olive tree. “The full number of the Gentiles” (verse 25) refers to the total number of Gentiles who will become believers in Christ before the end of time. These Gentiles plus the Christian Jews comprise “all Israel,” in the New Testament sense of spiritual Israel which has inhertied the promises to Abraham.”

PROVE ME WRONG~

It is a lie from Satan that Jews are still God’s chosen people and many pastors embrace and teach Satan’s lie that Christians should support the State of Israel (Zionism). Also, another lie from Satan is the teaching that God blesses those who bless Israel and He curses those who curse them. (That has not been true for more than 1900 years.)

Jews claim to be God’s chosen people, but they were His chosen people. Only the elect of the Jews (which is an extremely small minority) will be saved.

Jesus Christ, who is God incarnate, pronounced judgment on the Jews for rejecting Him:

The Jews generally rejected Jesus, the true Messiah, therefore Jesus cursed the fig tree, which represents Israel, saying, “May you never bear fruit again!” (Mat. 21:18).

When the Jewish chief priests and elders questioned Jesus’ authority He said to them, “I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people [Gentiles] who will produce its fruit” (Mat. 21:43).

When Jesus told a parable to the Jewish chief priests, scribes, and elders (Lk. 20:19), they knew He was talking about them when He said that the vine-growers, to whom the owner had sent his son, killed his son. Then in the parable Jesus asked what will the owner of the vineyard do to those who killed his son, to which He said, “He will come and destroy these vine-growers [Jews] and will give the vineyard to others [Gentiles].”

After hearing this and knowing that Jesus was talking about them, those Jews “tried to lay hands on Him that very hour…and they watched Him, and sent spies who pretended to be righteous, in order that they might catch Him in some statement, so as to deliver Him up to the rule and the authority of the governor” (Lk. 20:9-20).

A loving, longsuffering and merciful God sent Jesus to “His own [the Jews], and His own received Him not” (John 1:11). The reason that the Jewish prophet John (the Baptizer) came baptizing with water was to reveal Jesus to Israel (John 1:31). And Jesus said that He was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel (Mat. 15:24).

Near the end of Jesus’ earthly ministry Jesus said, ‘O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing. Look, your house is left to you desolate. (Mat. 23:37-38).

Paul quoted Isaiah in his epistle to the Christians in Rome, “Concerning Israel he [Isaiah] says, ‘All day long I [God] have held out My hands to a disobedient and obstinate people [the Jews]'” (Rom. 10:21).

After the apostle Paul had preached the Gospel to Jews in cities throughout Asia and was, for the most part, rejected by them, he turned to the Gentiles and ministered to them.

Near the end of Paul’s ministry, when he was in Rome under house arrest, he spoke to a large gathering of Jews. Paul explained and declared to them the kingdom of God and tried to convince them about Jesus from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets.

The great apostle concluded his sermon by saying, “The Holy Spirit spoke the truth to your [Jewish] forefathers when He said through Isaiah the prophet: ‘Go to this people and say, ‘You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving. For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn and I would heal [save] them.’ Therefore I want you to know that God’s salvation has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will listen” (Acts 28:17-28).

When the Jews cried out over and over to crucify Jesus, and Pilate wanted to release Him, all the Jews said, “Let His blood be on us and on our children!” (Mat. 27:25).

Jesus prophesied God’s destruction of Jerusalem that would take place in 70 A.D. at the hands of the Roman general Titus (Mat. 24:1-2; Lk. 19:41-44). According to Josephus, the first-century Jewish historian, more than 1,000,000 Jews died when Jerusalem was laid siege to and destroyed as Jesus had prophesied 40 years earlier.

The idea that the literal nation Israel will be completely restored at the end of history, that during the millennium the Old Testament promises to Israel will be literally fulfilled is an unbiblical teaching. Because the Jews rejected Christ, they lost their chosen nation status, lost the promise that the land of Palestine would be theirs forever, and forfeited their privilege of being the teachers of the Gospel to an unbelieving world. Our Lord bestowed upon His Church in all the world these covenant promises. The land will, indeed, belong to His people, but it will not be limited to Palestine. It will be first the heavenly Canaan during the millennium, followed by the earth made new at the end of the 1,000 years. Jesus said, “Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth” (Matt. 5:5).

Whatever your national or racial heritage, salvation is for you, if you have accepted Christ as your Savior and Lord. You can trust Him to fulfill for you individually the eternal promises for true believers.
